I have been a very good member of I signed up when they opened. I supported the during Covid with not freezing my membership. I didn’t stop going when they up the membership without letting you know. All I’m asking is a clean gym. It’s a disaster. Disgusting. Bathrooms are dirty. Gym is so filthy, dusty, no towels. I can go on. Can’t believe that someone can let such a good thing go.

I can’t cancel my membership. No answer on both phones, no one at the office. I got a reply by text and as soon as I mentioned my cancellation they stopped answering. Why are you changing how you treat customers. Disappointed and it feel illegal

Impossible to get in touch with someone to cancel. Folks who work the desk can sign you up no problem but apparently aren’t trained to cancel memberships? Can’t do so yourself online either. Called/emailed/texted and not a single reply. Have to cancel my credit card so they can’t continue to charge me. Facility looks like it was once pretty great and the class instructors are awesome but something is up with management and how they’re handling customers and maintenance. Expected more for how much monthly memberships cost.

Very shady business. Cancelled my membership because the gym was dirty never cleaned obvious health hazard. There was never any staff at the front desk. Credit card gets charged every month even after filing a dispute. I have filled out multiple cancellation forms, sent emails, spoke to front desk. Huge hassle having to call the credit card company. If you look on Nextdoor there is a thread with tons of people this is happening to.
