Nice gym but the membership operations are at best disorganized or at worst utilize shady tactics to keep auto charging membership dues. Other reviews show this is a systemic issue and not just me. I've had to go through my credit card company to dispute charges. I would suggest paying cash at this business as they do have a nice gym, but would not trust them with my credit card.
went today at noon so I wanted to enroll, stop first by the pool looks abandoned head over to the gym couldnt get in and the staff member at the front desk was ignoring me even he noticed I was staring at him thru the window
I had been a member of the Sonoma Aquatics Club for six years. Everything was fine initially when Sonoma Fit took over. Then when we went to workout in late July we were told they could not find our membership. We were still charged $95 in August, September and October. Tried to contact and get charges reversed with no luck and no access to club.
