Year is 2022 there are broken laundry machines and leaks and mold in the laundry room and door doesn’t lock and manager doesn’t do anything send someone to check and help us fix and clean 508 E mission Ave Escondido Ca 92025
I’ve been living here for 12years now & the only problem is the cockroach infestation. Even after the remodeling. It’s always been a problem in these apartments. Once you clean you’re apartment from pest more come in through the vents. Always been a problem and I wish they would do more about it, like bring in exterminators every couple months /:
Wonderful neighborhood i highly recommend anyone looking for low income apartments go to sanoma court is a great place to be at peaceful quite playground gated & i do want to say thanks to maria & andres for helping me get a place there for me & my 2 kids it was a blessing been there great residence & convenience my name is alex ayala THANK YOU ANDRES RAMOS FOR EVERYTHING GOD BLESS YOU
