Dr Chavez was so friendly and clear in explaining everything, every step of the way, and once he started the work of removing an old crown and pulling the molar, I was prepared for the worst...and then he just said, “Got it!” and he was done! Very professional,caring, and talented crew. Dr.Chavez removed several baby teeth for my daughter (at once) a few years back and made her and our family feel very comfortable about the process. I returned today to have a cracked molar removed and knew I would be in good hands. Talented, and thorough with COVID-19 precautions in place.
Dr. Mogannam is the best.
I was referred to Dr. Mogannam by a friend. I had two teeth extractions and a tooth implant. Each time I have gone to his office for dental work I have had a very pleasant experience. I have always been very nervous about visiting dentists, like a lot of people but his calm, chair side manners and his way of explaining the procedure made me feel comfortable. I was fortunate to have been referred to him, because I have had a lot of unpleasant experiences with other dentists. I highly recommend him.
I don’t make many reviews or recommendations on social media, but I feel like I need to let as many folks know about Dr. Mogannam. We were referred to him after a questionable interaction at another place and feel like it might have been the best thing that could have happened to us. He was welcoming, warm, understanding and incredibly professional with my son before, during and after the procedure. I was very anxious about having 2 separate molar root tips extracted but Sonoma County Oral Surgery made it the absolute best experience for me. No pain. Talked me through every single step. I ❤️ them for making what may have seemed like it could of been a scary, painful experience into something that was a piece of cake! THANK YOU!!!! You guys rock!
