There is a newer porter at Sonoma and I see a tremendous difference in how great the place looks and in addition, always greets tenants with a hello! He’s a keeper!!!!
Santiago and James have gone above and beyond for us at Sonoma at Oak Creek. Santiago treats our home with the care he would his own, always making us feel valued. James ensured our garbage disposal was quickly repaired so we could cook for our family, following up to make sure everything was handled. This may seem trivial, but it’s not moments like these show how much they care. This is just one example of the many times they’ve made a difference, and we’re so grateful for their attentiveness and support!
It’s lucky to be involved in Sonoma Aisle Apartments, their leasing office and their maintenance team is so effective and helpful, as always. Especially, the staff Max Solo, Tom, they are really keep the residents’ needs in mind, and did whatever they could to help out, sure, professionally and delicately!
