The maintenance team here at Sanoma is the best. They are fast and efficient. All of the workers are very kind but Alfredo is definitely the hardest worker and he does a great job at being super professional/ kind. 10/10
You will not get your deposit back, ever. I lived at Sonoma for a couple months and decided to move out due to their poor management. I did not hang anything on the walls. I gave the apartment back in the same manner I received it. Clean and free of damages, yet these crooks kept my deposit and charged me an additional $500. I asked management why they're are committing this fraud and thy couldn't give me a straight answer.
