I sold my condo in East Lakeview and couldn't find a new place to buy so I rented here for five months. I love it here. The building and it's amenities are incredible, impeccably maintained, and the entire staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. You can't beat the location -- walk to everything! I still haven't found a new place to buy and I think I'm trading up to a larger apartment (with incredible uninstructed city a lake views, btw) for a longer-term lease! I don't want to leave.
