Currently live at Sono East, its been almost a year and I have 4 months left. elevators don't work all the time so I have to walk 16 floors several times a day because I have a dog, lights and maintenance in the apartment need to be done weekly so theres no privacy, I have needed to shower in cold water for days, in some cases no water whats so ever, sound deadening between apartments isn't so great not a problem? well there are a lot of college students and well yeah you get it, best yet when there is a issue and you need t... read more
Awesome property, with great amenities and with New City fully developed and now open, why would anyone ever leave? Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance and the nicest Mariano's in the city just opened as well, which is also in the New City development!!!
Attracts people who think it's funny to repeatedly throw cans of beer from their balcony at people walking below - thrown at pregnant women as well I may add! Must question their security/management!
What an amazing builidng, perfect amenities, beautiful interiors and stunning all glass builiding. I love SoNo!
