I have been coming to Caffeine for more than ten years and used to really love the place. It used to have great coffee, great food and a really nice atmosphere. But I guess it changed hands recently because I was in there twice this week and it's really gone down hill. The staff seem like they're stoned all the time. They no longer do food, except for what's on the counter. I bought some prepackaged rice crispy treat thing that was absolutely disgusting (was probably sitting out for months). What an amazing place...that's all I can say, best coffee and excellent music...it makes my day every time!

They have more than just coffee, including desserts and a comfortable place to chill. However, the service is so bad that I'm never going back again. Go to Plaza deli and catering instead on 50 Washington ... the big building. They're at the bottom floor, and the coffee is just as good. Plus they have a full kitchen.

I had been coming to this place every Saturday for the past three months. Today I came in and found that the wifi was a problem. I pointed it out to the owner and he brusquely told me that there was no problem at all. He subsequently came over and I asked him to use the other network that they have (they have this for office use).
