On the positive side I felt the consultation experience was good. The consultant spent a lot of time with me explaining all the details & answering questions. The info & instructions were consistent.

Lisa administered the Venus treatments. All of the other people I interfaced with were also great, but Lisa went beyond expectations and made the overall process extremely satisfying.
Words can't express how happy I've been with the staff at Sonobello in Austin ranging from Dr. Okpaku, the nurses, Bailey the consultant all the way to the girls at the front counter.
The staff is very nice and accommodating!! They made the procedure a pleasant experience!
The whole staff is very welcoming. Every step of the way was handled professional. When I went back for the procedure the entire staff also accommodated my husband. Would recommend this to anyone.
Pain was minimal was up and walked 4 miles with my dog the next morning. Very pleased with the results and it has only been two weeks. Would recommend it to anyone.
