I had a ton of fat on stomach/love handles that I could do nothing about. Couldn't wear any of my pants. Now stomach is pretty flat and I my pants are loose again. I really appreciated all the continuos emails after surgery with advise/info. Dr Flagg was very thorough. Obviously he spent a lot of time on the procedure. My main request would be to have more access to the Dr. when trying to decide what I want to do with my body in the first place

It was great! The staff was very friendly and comforting throughout the entire process. They made the entire experience much easier than I had anticipated. The doctor was relatable and personable. Great environment, great staff and great facility.

If you would like to reinvent yourself Sonobello is the place to go. The staff is friendly and the personal care staff, in particular, Jenny M., was very knowledgeable in her consultation and put my mind at ease. I had a wonderful experience from my consultant, nurse, the young ladies at the front desk and ultimately my doctor! Dr. Flagg and his staff put my safety 1st and I could not have been in better hands. I am so impressed with the way I was treated and the way my precedure turned out I recommended my girlfriend from another state come here to have Dr. Flagg perform her precedure.

Well as you can see by these photo's , I'am very happy with the results everyone at sonobello was very professional , was caring before during and after the surgery, Dr Kagan did and excellent job , I really am impressed by him and the staff including Toni who counseled me , answering every question I had and helped in getting everything ready to proceed right on time .If anyone out there is looking to have this procedure , I totally recommend Sonobello in chicago. I recently had laser liposuction procedure done on my upper lower abdomen, flanks, and bra roll. I have always had problems with extra fat on my back, and after having 5 kids getting my stomach back to pre pregnancy size became difficult. This procedure has given me confidence, and help me achieve my body goal that exercise and diet couldn't do alone. My first visit at the Sonobello Office in Woodfield,IL was very relaxing ( because I was nervous), informative and comfortable. My consultant Shaena Mansorri was awesome, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses and other staff members, who works at that office made me feel comfortable. When you are not sure if this procedure is right for you when you walk through that front door, by the time you leave, you will know that you made the right decision.
