My first experience at Sonobello was in January 2016. When I arrived at my first consulting session, I meet Shaena Mansoori, she was so concerning and went out her way to make sure that I felt comfortable and that I was available to receive the financial support that I needed to make sure, that this wish of mine came true. I enjoyed my visit and it was very informative and helped me to ask more advantageous questions about the procedure. However, I had an appointment at a particular hour and I wasn't seen until 45 minutes after that time. But the young lady that went over the procedure and cost was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and nice.

From the consultation to my procedures, I have been so pleased with the level of patient support that they have provided. I felt very comfort throughout the process, my pain discomfort was manageable and I was basically up and about in 3 days!

My experience with Sonobello has been rewarding, I've received great care and professionalism from the entire staff. My surgeon Dr. J. Flagg does incredible work and I appreciate his knowledge and skills, as well as my results. During my second procedure, I had the pleasure of meeting the Chief, Dr. Mike, who had a very warm and welcoming personality. Dr. Mike assisted my amazing surgeon Dr. Flagg. My experience was great overall with office and medical staff members. It's one of the best investment I have made for myself. People are always purchasing houses, cars, clothing, and jewelry, but how many times do they think about purchasing something that will make them feel good about themselves. I decided to take that step, and being able to finance the procedure made it a lot easier. I went from a size 14 to a size 10. Thank you Sonobello Staff.

My appointment was located. Schaumburg, IL. The staff at this location is very friendly and professional. Not to mention the results of my Lipo procedure with Dr Flagg was AWESOME! I appreciate their overall concern of my well-being, as the refuse to let me leave with my 17 year old son, who arrived to pick up (Suppose to have someone over the age 18). I was very hesitant at first. However, I was miserable! I was spending a lot of time and money trying to get the body I wanted to no avail. Now, I look awesome and am 100% happier! I would have given 5 stars but there are some things they could definitively improve upon with the initial consultation process. Like me more medically educated consultants, and more realistic recovery expectations. Other than that I will recommend others to Sonobello and may return for additional procedures. THANK YOU!!
