It was a very warm and heartfelt experience. The staff treated me like family. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Especially Shana and Kay. I held them hostage listening to me and all I've been through. They made me feel safe with the procedure and encouraged me that I was making the best choice.
I am so happy with my results! Dr. Flagg and his staff were all very nice, attentive, and made me so comfortable. He is amazing and helped me achieve the look that I had wanted.
