Been having problems with my car since a week after I drove it off the lot.
ONE OWNER ♥️ Amazingggg customer service, Bryan was awesome and even though I didn’t get to meet the owner, he came in on a wet Sunday to help me out!!!! We shopped around for months, and test drove for hours from Suffolk to VA Beach, no matter where we went we couldn’t get how we were treated at One Owner out of mind and the fact they stand by their cars (handing us the CarFax before us leaving just in case), everywhere else we had to ask IF they even had it & that’s because they Have great rides ♥️ pretty much sold itself!... read more
Seen a car i wanted on their website went and checked it out in person got to test drive it and left with it that same day ! Great group of people would definitely buy from them again ! Great customer service !
great staff! came in as scheduled. got the paperwork done to test drive the truck. game me the keys and let me drive around town, too knit for 2 separate test drives and checked over everything. I personally spent a few hours looking at it. everything checked out. called my bank and bought the truck in the same day! great place to conduct buisness and would reccomend to anyone!!
bought a car from them in December of 2016. Engine died less than 30 miles off the lot. Stay away!
