RecommendedI've purchased two sets of electric washer and dryers from Sonny's with no problems. The shopping experience is straight forward and quick.He offers a 30 day warranty but I haven't had to use it. I'm about to buy another set as a gift from Sonny's because his appliances are reliable and fairly priced. 100% recommend!
RecommendedI just moved & needed an electric dryer FAST! SONNY not only had what I needed but was priced right & delivered within a day. The delivery guys were punctual, friendly & careful. Do yourself a favor & check Sonny's first, you may save some ca$h & if there's any problem, they stand by their word. Thank you guys!
Awful disrespectful service. I would never want anyone to go through the experience I went through with this company. STAY AWAY. A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. THEY WILL SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT WON'T EVER WORK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Delivered a washer and dryer 2 days after purchasing. They didn’t mention until after running my card that there’s an extra 30$ fee for using a credit card. When the washer was delivered and installed it right away flooded my basement. The guy was swearing up a storm with my 2 children in the other room. They wouldn’t give us a refund and instead gave us a “temporary” washer. That one (go figure) is also broken. Will not drain water. I purchased a used washer and dryer from Sonny last week. They delivered the same day to my home. I have done several loads of laundry and so far so good. If something does go wrong Sonny offers a great warranty but hopefully I won't need to use it. Thanks to Sonny and his staff for your great service!
