I have purchased 4 items from this store. I bought Refrigerator, stove' washer and Dryer. The Fridge dis not work it took 2 weeks for the replacement and lost $$$$ worth of food. She did send a very nice one for waiting so long . we picked a stove was told. That someone sold it and send another one in its place. The washer worked for a couple of weeks and on July 2nd 2020 I informed them that the washer was broke and under warranty for 90 days and we were in the 90 day mark. Sold a non working stove said it was nat gas when it says LP on the back. Then said they would convert it. Keep saying tomorrow tomorrow later. Never came. Do not do business with them

Very bad experience with these guys over many interactions. Bad washer installation resulted in $12k of damages from flooding. Same washer also leaked from bottom. Had more issues with the replacement washer. Another washer was ordered for a different tenant, and that one seems to be OK so far. Then ordered a fridge, which arrived without the cover plate for the bottom and with the light inside hanging down from the wires that I had to fix myself. Have bought a few appliances. All work great! If you want a good deal and don’t need a posh showroom, this is the place! Friendly, easy to deal with in showroom. Delivery is awesome, they took their time and got appliances in without any damage to house or appliances. Helped move old ones too.
