They open 30 minute LATE and close 30 minutes EARLIER than the posted time.i waited for them to open and went to work late. After work, I came, they closed at 5:00Pm. VERY BAD customer service. Water quality is ok. The Price is ok. They think since they are cheap, they can treat people bad. There's no help. The staff here is always Grouchy and Rude. It's very sad.JUST DO NOT GO HERE.
the water quality is very good but there's no customer service. you must do everything. the worker is often in a bad mood and grouchy. so you will not be happy here but the water is good and the price is cheap. I pay eighteen dollar membership for about 1 year use and refill of water. The owner is usually late and opens at 9:30, not 9am. So you cannot fill your water before work.
