Been here 3 times and each visit was consistently bad. Love Love Love the other Sonny's but this place should just close. They are ruining a fine product.
Hey! Just wanted you to know that we LOVE you guys and still stand by you regardless that today's drive thru order had a few flaws. Normally, you all are flawless and superb, but today I have to complain. :( We ordered two pork dinners, and a mac & cheese kids meal. ALL the fries were VERY hard and cold. We LOVE ordering your fries ESPECIALLY for our two year old twin boys cause the fries are so soft and fried up perfectly so not to choke my babies but today they were difficult for even us adults to eat.
