Witnessed kitchen staff leave restroom without washing hands. Smoked wings came out burned beyond recognition. Left without eating a bite. *our server was polite and very apologetic, but who wants burned food made with unwashed hands. I'll go ahead and take the zero.
Brisket dry and tasteless and broccoli served in a plastic bag?? Had to ask for silverware. Very poor BBQ experience for sure.
Being seated was a nightmare. The server didn't want to deal with our larger party. We could hear her complaining as they tried to seat us. But turned out great because the woman who waited on us was amazing. The food good but this isn't the best Sonny's I've ever been to.
Nothing fancy. Just good food. Especially their brownie dessert.
Good food and friendly service. We were there when they were busy and we got our food without having a long wait.
Very poor customer service. Why put a bar code on a coupon if you can't scan it. Would not even try to earn my business. Been eating here for years and very disappointed.
What a joke! Worst service food was cold. Ate here once before about 6 months ago it was way better. Save your money and go to dickeys bbq down the street.
