RecommendedBQ was good , service fantastic, portions large !
Had to wait for service for 15min and had to wait and ask for refill on drink no air but the ribs were good it was worth the wait
People very nice but the chicken plate has been updated to a different way of cooking and not near as good. Chicken tasted dry.
We got there last night , after some confusion on how to count to 4 they finally seated us. food was ok, server not so much. She seemed a little slow and not very friendly. The seating area needs some fixing up and cleaning, the bathrooms , OMG !!! so NASTY. Ive seen cleaner construction porta johns. I will not be going back to this location.
Sandwich came to table the first time with a large piece of fat in it. So I pulled that out then uncovered meat that was still raw. Sent sandwich back to get redone when new sandwich came out it was worse than the first one STILL RAW. Never gain for this location!!!!! Fire the cook and get a whole new staff. Never once did the manager come to table!!!!
Service horrible and food was cold sent back three times
The worse waitress skills ever. Waitress walked by our table over 4 times before taking our order acted like she was lost or on drugs are something. Nastiest barbeque I have ever ate poor service on the salad bar. I choose commerce over flowery branch any day. Will not return back ever to this sonnys.
