Zero sense of urgency. Never acknowledged, let alone seated. The restaurant was not even full and the greeter was nowhere on sight. The take out person just kept staring at the line of people waiting for their to-go order. Avoid this one!
The food was not accurately made and took anlong time to receive. The server was amazing though.
Dependably decent bbq. The current menu is a nightmare. It only tells you about a fraction of what they serve (doesn't even mention lunch), and is so poorly laid out. Seriously, their graphic designer needs to be fired. During the summer you will need to bring a winter coat. The dinning area is frigid.
The food and the service were terrible. We ordered the loaded tots and they were so soggy that we couldn't eat them. My wife ordered the pulled chicken sandwich and it was cold. I ordered the wings, tenders and sausage combo meal and the only thinhs eatible were the wings.
