Food was excellant. Waiter needed a lesson in professionalism. Will go to another location next time.I got the Sweet Carolina sandwich. Was very good.
Sonny's BBQ is one of our favorite restaurants, it's always good and the people are nice, great service.
This place is awesome! Food is always, absolutely, consistently good. We are from out of town and eat here several times a year. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and experienced...which is not a common occurrence now days. Never had a bad experience here.....
Our server Randi is amazing! She is great at her job and she always remembers our order! Very attentive! Keep on rocking!
Every time I go to Sonny's the food is great and it's an overall nice place to go to.

First I want to say Sonny's has always been my go to BBQ place until I ate at the nine mile store beginning of May. We had a terrible server, who did not get a thing right on my order and who spent most of the time talking instead of serving. I and did a survey online and I was contacted by Amy Frantz and who apologized for the poor service and said she would send something in the mail. We'll have not hear a word since then. If this is the service and response they give I am not sure I want to give my money to them.

Service is barely tolerable, the servers are so slow even when the place is slow that your food is cold when you get it, so for that reason I cancel my order all together & then reorder to avoid having my meal simply rewarmed! Food isn't bad at all for a chain, place is always clean, but parking is a damn can of worms especially if you drive anything bigger than a Power Wheels!
