I have an update, went to Sonny's for lunch today, and I have to say I am impressed. The food was hot and fresh, our server Shannon was awesome. I am glad to say that I will be back with service and food like that. Went to sonny's on Saturday, my order was incorrect. I had 2 orders and both of the orders were short one sidekick each.... None the less I recommended Sonny's for lunch today at work..... hoping that they would take care of business since it was a business making the order and yet again sonny's didn't disappoint ... read more

Was supposed to get family feast that feeds 6. Didnt get the chicken that's supposed to come with it. The texas toast is replaced by cold hamburger buns. Ordered 2 things of redneck eggrolls that are cold and soggy. Sad when my dog wont eat it. And the manager that is working there said the food and everything a rip off so I guess he was right. Going to need find a different bbq place. Never had problem till now. 67 dollars wasted should have listened to manager
Was given NO bbq sauce. How can anyone choke down dry bbq without sauce?
This is the second time that I have gotten one of the Family Meal Deals and ordered a full slab of ribs and received 5 ribs in a box! No way is 5 ribs a full slab of ribs! I was so glad Sonny’s reopened, and the service and food was great right after they opened back up. Now it sucks! I guess the “honeymoon phase is over.
Hey Sonny’s BBQ in Albany, please tell your drive through workers that masks do not work when pulled down and worn around their necks. I won’t be back until basic guidelines for food workers are followed.

I placed an order via door dash and I was hoping I was going to enjoy the pulled chicken sandwich so I wait and I wait, and I receive a call from this establishment and I was told there was no more chicken. After I spend 20 something dollars via the app YALL need to make it CLEAR with delivery services that some items on your menu wouldn’t be there before we spend our MONEY! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
