This Sonny's has terrible garlic bread. It's a far cry from the other Sonny's!
good food but horrible customer service...not worth the aggravation

BBQ is great. Had baby back ribs. 1st time I was charged extra $3.29 for soup when ordering salad bar. This use to come with salad bar!
Very disappointed....live in ft myers and went for father's day dinner. When we went to pay after being their 2 1/2hrs (we did have a big party), the checks were correct when handed over our cards, when our waitress returned she slid my card for 2 bills that aren't mine and now im told to wait for it to be credited 72hrs (over 100$) and still have to pay for my food. Very poor customer service!
Our "go-to" place to eat. Only three stars tho because they aren't consistent. One time the food will be great and the next it will be poor quality and we will have a long wait.
