I never write reviews on pages. However, today not being the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time experiencing problems at Sonny's on Shorter Ave, I decided I would. I am not sure why I even continue to go back. We visited one time to be served frozen corn on the cob (4) sent back several times before getting it right. Today, I visited the ladies restroom to find it disgusting (pics taken). Then my ribs were burnt. Showed the waitress the pics of bathroom. " I am sorry, we use the one in the back. It's rare I give a poor review but Sonny's in Rome really dropped the ball this evening. Our 5 year old got cut on a chair, waitress didn't care. Waited almost a hour on the food, waitress brushed it off. Ordered a sampler, only got ribs and 2 pieces of brisket. Manager gave $3 off the ticket. Oh and went to restroom and tp fell off the wall when touched. Extremely disappointed that we chose this place to celebrate Father's day here.
