Excellent Doctor. After talking with him a short while he made a diagnosis which required medications. The medications he prescribed were spot on and began helping me right away. I am so happy I didn't have to try out a lot of different meds to see what worked best. Follow ups are needed every 3 months to renew meds. Sometimes there is a long wait, but it's worth the wait. Sometimes the office has had trouble with insurance, but they get it straightened out in time.
Dr. Joseph, has been more than beneficial in helping the quality of life for me improve beyond any words capable of describing. I struggled for over fifty years to live a normal, healthy and functional life but failing miserably or not at all. He is NOT a pill mill Physician he does NOT prescribe medication that YOU WANT, he prescribes the medication you need to help what ever you are struggling mentally with in life. And another thing his STAFF is GREAT they are very KIND, and FRIENDLY.
I tried to call to set up a new patient appointment since we moved further away from current provider. The rude call taker interrupted me and asked why we didn't just follow up with previous doctor. Forget it-if I can't even have a politely handled phone call, I definitely won't trust this office with mental health issues!
