shady company does not keep it's word
This company is shady. We had the opportunity to work with Lauren Saxton who presented an offer where Kensington Real Estate would purchase a fixer and we would buy the house once fully completed. It was going well until it wasn't. Lauren left the company and set us up with Michelle Mccord who she trust and who apparently never had a full grasp on things. Slimiest businesses practices EVER! They will list your house waaaay below market for an easy sell, costing you money. Agents don’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing. Owner is hiding behind an llc and uses his agent to submit offensively low offers on houses. Crooks!

What can I say? Kensington was amazing! They are there when you are interested in a house and able to back you up in this very important step in life. They are all about the customer and ensuring that if they want to move forward he will advocate and get you to the end with empathy and class the entire way!
