This company has the worst customer service! I hate to call them when I have any issues and called this morning and they told me they only service WA so they cant help me. Not only is my address in WA state but I have a contract with them at my store thats current. Way to go Sonitrol!
We have had Sonitrol for years. They have saved us thousands in potential break ins. The police will respond to Sonitrol alarms the fastest. They are watching and listening. We just had our system upgraded again, and expanded. Mark and Eike were incredible. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. Thanks again Sonitrol. Highly recommended.
