Lisa Buckner and the Sonitrol team in general have been AMAZING at their attentiveness and prompt attention to our company's building security (two locations). For nearly 30 years, I've been using Sonitrol and have nothing but great things to say. From their Commitment to Service to the call center to their repair department...they have been nothing but great to work with. Thank you, Sonitrol for helping me sleep at nights and enjoy the weekends and holidays!
Highly recommend working with Sonitrol! We've worked with Sonitrol of Portland for 10+ yrs, and have never had to worry once. Fast response times, and they always answer whenever we have had to call.
Sonitrol has a very family oriented environment, both in the office and the job site. The people here care about ensuring customer satisfaction in the installation and maintenance of home and work security systems.
Very unique company that not only cares about what they sell but also cares for their customers.
This is a great security company that values their customers and i would recommend this company to everyone looking for a security company to secure their property and people.
