We changed all 5 of our branches to Sonitrol from a lower cost provider that used to be good, but no longer makes sense for us. With up to 25 wireless devices at a location, a battery was always going out somewhere - usually on the weekend with the company bombarding us with calls about the battery and the keypad beeping constantly. This is not an issue with Sonitrol - presumably, they know when a battery is going bad and replace it before it does, only calling to advise that a technician will be by soon.
