We came up there tonight and was in line waiting to order we get to where we can order just to be told you close at 11:00 when your page says 12:00!!! Very unprofessional the girl was we told her we were in line before 11:00 still would not take our order. Very disappointed!! Suggest you change your operating hours on here and train your employees how to handle customers.. I Will be calling in the morning
If you're craving a milkshake. Don't go to the Sonic on Montgomery Crossroads. They're taking a page right out of the Mickey D's handbook. Nine times in a row they've told me their ice cream machine has been broken and that it should be "fixed" tomorrow. It's rather disheartening because I really enjoyed their service up until now. But when you're known for your shakes, you really gotta lock it down when your ability to make your product goes down.
The employee that took our order in the lobby was extremely rude from ordering our food to receiving it. I ordered a slush with candy it came out wrong. I simply asked her to fix it and she did as she walked off hollering. I'm not sure how this restaurant trains it's employees but clearly it needs to change something.

The drive thru line had 7 cars in it and at a stand still so I parked and all I ordered was ONE SLUSHIE!!! I have been sitting here for 17 minutes....and counting. This is horrible service. I didnt even order any food. I could have gotten faster service ordering takeout at Carrabbas. ...Decided to leave after cancelling my order. I walked inside and they have alot of orders messed up in there. They dont know what belongs to who. They need to get their staff together or they will be losing many customers due to the disorganiz... read more
This sonic has the worst service and it takes forever to even get just a drink. If your looking for fast food this is not the place. Plan to spend at least 30min just to get your food.

An employee at this Sonic helped her self to my debit card and I have called three times and nothing has been done!! Not to mention my order was incorrect! #sonic

I like Sonic i had a grilled cheese and tots hubby had burger and fries.... oops. He never got his fries but other than it was good I will continue to stop at Sonic for a simple meal and tea.

Waited in line for 20-30 minutes to be told there blast machine wasn't working for 3 DAYS IN A ROW. WTF! Sonic is known for ice cream but there machine is always down. I enjoy the ice cream when the machine is working but definitely not worth waiting that long to be told it's down. :/
