i went to the location on Montgomery Cross Road in Savannah an the workers was unprofessional cursing around my 8yr old
Ordered a snickers sonic blast. Got a cup of ice cream with snickers sprinkled on top. Employees are too LAZY to do their job!!
They have a cool dining area and a killer Coney Island dog and tater tots!
Drove to this sonic because of that stupid commercial about the Oreo cone and I really wanted one after seeing the commercial 100 times. I guess Sonic is the new McDonald’s. I ask the girl at the drive thru if they have the Oreo cone and she replies with “yes” and then 5 seconds later before I even got a chance to place my order she replies with “ I was just told our ice cream machine is broke”.... OMG!!!!! Seriously!!!! Get it together!!! But on the bright side Dairy Queen’s strawberry dipped blizzard is amazing.!!!!!
As we waited for our order, they finally came to us and gave it to us....we then waited while staff played around and then a girl came back to the window and asked if everything was ok....she gave us the wrong order so we handed back....then they gave us another order. We went home to find out the whole order was completely wrong and poorly presented. This has happened numerous times at this location. I highly advise you higher new staff as this staff is poorly managed. Thank you.
I just sat in stall 8 for 15 minutes after pressing the button to be helped. No one answered so I called the store to see what the hold up was, only for the girl to ask me to go through the drive thru b/c it was sprinkling rain outside. If I wanted to go through the drive thru I would have, but I wanted to enjoy dinner with my bf and our dogs at your establishment. This isn’t the first aggravating encounter I have had here in the past few months, so I definitely wanted to stop by and leave a review.
Food was good, other than the hair I found on the corner of my sandwich and my sister having them take her drink back cause it was wrong. The girl was nice tho. The wait was a little long with only having 2 other cars in the parking lot.

just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru, spent hard earned money for THIS. I am SICK of this Sonjc SUCKING. TERRIBLE employees, cant spell thier NAMES much less, make a cheese burger. read my order back to me wrong 3 TIMES. even the MANAGER read the order back to me wrong. This place is AWFUL. THIS is the COLD burger I got.
