Waited over an hour for a call in order. I complained about the wait and was told sorry but you still owe $12 for this cold food. The other day I waited at the window for over 30 min just for a drink that was sitting on the shelf melting. The last couple times I haven't complained to corporate because it's not worth it. They need to fix their intercom they can barely hear you for one thing
This sonic is horrible. Brought my order, with none of my drinks. Messed my whole order up. Ordered cinnasnacks, paid for a 5 piece got 4 because that's what was left in the box. I told them I only had 4 and the lady comes out 10 minutes later and says "they just found the box, they're cooking"... So the box only had 4, I paid for 5 so it's okay to short me???? No.
This sonic sucks. I asked for honey mustard , ketchup , and ranch. Get 1 out 3 correct. Ketchup / mayo / mustard. Dumbass lady walks away. Have to call Again. I need honey mustard and ranch. Get brought back just honey mustard dumb girl walks away AGAIN!! Call intercom. I NEED MY RANCH. Finally get it. And to Top it off. My no mayo no tomato burger has guess what!! Mayo and tomato on it. You fucking suck at your job .
WORST sonic I have ever been to. Sat here for 43 minutes waiting on a drink, a junior burger, and tots. I will NEVER be back. Absolutely horrible. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to not come here unless you have all day to wait around.
