I ordered and paid for extra cheese and chili on my tots. Check number #512722. When I received my tots, I noted the tots were light. Elena advised me that extra was put on and even related that the cook had put three scoops instead of the allotted two scoops. There was NO extra anything on my tots. The only extra that I got was the extra $2.40 I was charged for nothing. I got all the way home before I discovered what these cheap people did to me. This place does NOT BELIEVE IN ANSWERING THEIR PHONE PROPERLY! THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER RETURN TO ANSWRR THE PHONE CALL AGAIN, I'VE WAITED AS LONG AS 15 MINUTES WITHOUT THEM PICKING UP THE LINE. THAN THEY WANT TO GET RUDE WITH YOU SAYING THEIR BUSY OUT THERE, THATS WHY THEY CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONE! GET IT TOGETHER SONIC! Obviously it's poor management!!! 😕

ordered a shake they gave me a tea, I had pulled forward by the time I noticed, I drove back around and waited to long, no one came out to see what I needed, I had to park and took drink inside, didn't have time to wait for another shake, made me run later during lunch hr.

They charged my card for someone else’s order said it would take a couple days to return to my account and got my order wrong I don’t know why I even went there they always suck!!�

Awful service !! They had my order right on the screen and I get home and realized I got half the burger I paid for and they didn’t even get what I wanted on it right but guess what they charged me for it !!! Making money is there number 1 not customer service !!
