Worst. Sonic. Ever. Ordering on the app and going to pick up is not helpful when you still have to wait 30 minutes for your order, and another 10 to get the condiments you requested that didn’t come in your order. I have never had a good experience here. I hoped ordering on the app would be better, but I think it’s actually worse. The clear the screen about 20 minutes before you actually get your food, so then you have no way to track your order at all.

Went to Sonic (Dean Road), for lunch. The person that took our payment had gloves on. The girl at Sonic that gave us our drinks, punched the lid of what my drink order was and what my son's was without wearing gloves. Needless to say, we threw our drinks in the trash. Repost and tag Sonic and Louies. #gross #covid #corona #virus
this is the worse Sonic I ever been to the people are horrible and the service is dreadful...I was pulling away and a Sonic employee stuck her head out the window and said hey! and she flipped me off ...Sonic should be ashamed of their employees!!!!
we walked up to the patio and were already ready to order. pushed the button and then waited for at least 10 minutes and no one ever answered. we decided to try going through the drive through, which we thought was the priority and the reason we weren't being helped. sat there at the speaker for about 5 minutes to no answer, yet again. we decided to leave and go down the road for shakes. when we left, the red light was still blinking...legend has it, you can still make out the blinks in the dark of night... terrible service
Do NOT go here! We just watched the girl at the window put my friends ice cream sandwich in its wrapper with her BARE HANDS!! Absolutely disgusting!!
I really don’t like to give bad reviews but I have given this place several chances and it is always the same extremely slow and rude service. The one on college is 100% better

Just left there today. The girl that came out to give me my drink was extremely rude didn't say thank you or nothing at all! What kind of customer service is this! None as far as I'm concerned! Other times I go there to get my mother some dinner. 85% of the time the food is cold! It's as if they've had it just sitting out. This kind of service might as well go back to another establishment where they treat their customers nice. And of course the food is hot.
