The amount of time to get an order after placing it is way too long. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a shake when you are 1 of 3 cars there.
As much as I visit I hardly ever get a receipt with a free drink
Awful. We've had nothing but bad experiences. Really disappointed. Would rather drive the 15 miles to Abilene.
The quality with the new owner has improved. If I owned this business and someone pulled up at 8:55 and one of my employees walked out to tell them we don't open till 9:00, I'd fire em!!!
They do am awesome job of ensuring I am happy. I fully recommend this Sonic, if you have any problems with your order or level of service. I am certain they will help you correct them.
My daughter and I stopped here today on our way to Abilene. Much to our surprise and delight, it was "customer appreciation day" and they gave each of us a great T-shirt. They are working to take care of their customers.
Well it took 30 minutes to get 5 shakes that came out with the whip cream and cherries sunk down in the shake. The car hop was rude and could not tell us which shake was which.
So I love the real lemon and strawberry slushies....but lately with the new lemonade flavor thing going on..they have been giving me some nasty lemonade flavor instead of real lemons!! It's aggravating I don't have time to go back...and it's so gross I can't even drink it..hope the nasty flavor goes away soon I hate being rude but I guess I'm gonna have to start being that way I wanna drink what I pay for!!
Well let's see! I don't know if this is aloud on here But I'm going to go ahead and post it. My fiance and I were going up there to get half off shakes and when we pull up we smell something horrible. We look up and two employees were standing outside, one was a manager and they dropped the f bomb and walked around on the other side. They were outside smoking pot. Y'all forever lost our service at that place until something is done about this!!! Calling main manager in the morning!
