27 minute wait after ordering, corn dogs burnt, cheese tots cold. I have never been happy with this store but today was a whole new level of bad.

Poor service and these people have no clue what they are doing. Ask them a question and their reply is “uhhhhh, let me ask” and then they totally forget about you.
I hate living in Clyde because our sonic is so bad. All I ever go for is a tea and if I’m lucky and there’s no cars I might get it in 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Yesterday it was 5 minutes to order and another 10 for the tea. One day I went they freaking forgot to ever bring it until I called back in. I don’t know who runs this or what but they need help. Could not get an ice cream sundae last night, went to Dairy Queen and had no problem. Tried to get breakfast 2 months ago and the sonic just opened and the grill was not ready, went to McDonalds and had no problem. Last month tried to get drinks for everyone and they were out of something or another, went to McDonalds and had no problems. Now I know why no one is ever there parked in all those spaces.
This sonic is literally the biggest waste of time and money for the sonic company. Normally Sonics are amazing and do a great job at making your food and getting it to you timely but this one sucks with a capital S I literally waited for 45min on 6-21-2018 and then when my food got to me everything was wrong and not to mention my bun was burnt it had sat in that warmer for so long...now I wouldn't be leaving such a terrible review if this didnt happen literally every single time I go so I am officially done with the terrible... read more
They need to just close the doors and give it up. Nothing but a bunch of dope head kids that have no idea what they are doing and continue to provide terrible service and are ripping people off by not giving them their correct change. 30 min wait for food when only 2 other cars there is pathetic. Never again!!!!!

RecommendedI was at the Clyde Sonic with a few friends tpday, we got some food and drinks within a reasonable amount of time and the assiant manager (the redheaded female) was moving a table and saw US sitting in the car going through our bags and she promptly came over and introduced herself as the assistant manager and her name was Sunny or something like that and asked if we needed anything else but we were all good so she wished a great day and we left but we will for sure be back.… See more
