Asked for NO onions and got LOTS of onions. Live too far out to go back to get it fixed. Don't know if it's the intercom or bad attitude. Please fix whichever.
The Sonic Drive In serves a useful purpose for the fast food industry. Their products a well made and for the most part very tasty. They are reasonably fast as fast food goes. I get mine to go as I refuse to eat in the car!
Got Praline iced coffee this morning that tasted like it had alcohol in it. My husband picked it up and we live outside of town or I would have returned it.
I hate this place. The service is so slow. No one knows what they're doing. My order is wrong every time I go. Idk why I bother.
So I visited this location today. I ordered two combo cheeseburgers and wanted them with root beer floats. To my disappointment, the associate told me that the general manager has instructed him NOT to make root beer floats and this was a general thing here in the Dallas area. I sat waiting on a Jr burger at the window for 10-15 minutes. I drive 7 miles home only to find out it's just meat and bread! Y'all need to take care of business!!
