I put in an order online to make sure it was accurate because it was a large order and was over $70. We were missing items, food wasn’t prepared as ordered, drinks missing and incorrect. As you can see by the picture, I have attempts call several times with no success. Very disappointed!!

place order on app then tried to call to let them no someone was picking it up and no answer then takin off hook so they would not have to answer. last time I use app and probably last time I eat at sulphur springs Sonic.
got 2 sweet teas, first cup fell apart in my hand and spilled tea all over my car. the drive thru attendant gave us an awkward look, handed us the second tea, and said "have a good night." he did not offer a receipt, napkins, or to replace the first tea.
Got a Oreo cheesecake shake and it was just a vanilla shake with Oreo powder on top ...no cheesecake and every time I come I ask for a lot of ketchup for the 4 people eating and they bring 2 packets......why you gotta be stingy with ketchup
Cannot beat the chili cheese dogs ,fixed just the way I like it and the mini french fries ,just right sized for me . The waitress was excellent, checking back to see if I needed anything.
