I had a grape slush with rainbow candy, there was not very much flavor in it and not very much candy either the first such problem at this location, usually everything is great.
I went by yesterday order food ,the lady was taking my order I told her small drink she put large, so I had repeat to her again, but no big deal everyone makes mistakes, it's a okay place
Tried to come for a quick drink and 30 minutes later nobody took my order. Nobody apologized for the wait- what made me mad is looking in and seeing staff goof off instead of working on orders. Management is horrible and we won't be returning. I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid this horrible sonic
How do you sell the cinnamon snacks to a customer with out the frosting being on hand to be sold with it? You shouldn't have even sold them. I am a daily customer. Very disappointed.
"What else can I get for you?" Ummmm how about a smile? Is that too much to ask? And quit rushing me when you talk to me on the intercom like you're TOO IMPORTANT to listen and get my order right. I am the one paying your salary :-/
