I don't know what happened. When I moved here January 2018, this was the best Sonic in town. Now it's just trash. The staff is rude, they cam never hear you. They take forever to answer the red button even during a slow time. They cut you off mid-order. Service is slow. Food orders get messed up. I don't know if they're under new management or what, but they are terrible now.

Sonic in Dothan was awesome. Food was hot fresh and good. onion rings off the chart. my Cherry Limeaide was great plenty of cherries. I was so happy!!!

Do not ask the customer to sniff out the diet drink because you forgot to mark it. Remake the drink. End of story.
Love the cherry limeade here, so cheap as well for the amount you get and alot healthier than a soda. Always great service. Fast to fix any mistakes they make as well. Edit: was 5 stars but changed to 4, one thing I remembered, they try to steal some of the ingredients. One day I decided to try the new lil chickies, ordered the bacon and bbq one, and they tried to say "it doesn't come with bacon" uhhh...Yeah it fucking does, it's on the fucking name and in the fucking picture you dumb cunt.
