Probably by the car the worst experience I have had every time I stop at this sonic. The staff is horrible the managers are rude they can never get the orders correct and then it’s my fault that they can not get it correct, the last time I pulled through the drive through a staff is walking behind the dumpster with 4 kids in back packs giving them cigarettes and smoking round of applause to the staff at this sonic
It used to be a good place the new store manager is a cheap skate who cuts portions below sonic standards got rid of almost all the employees that stayed with the store when he got their becuse the old manager paid his employees a good wage. He denied all the people he fired unemployment and hired new employees using a sign saying starting at 10 per hour. I was one of those people. hardly anyone their makes 9.50 anymore. The Parkville Sonic is the best Sonic branch there is. I am a regular there usually at least once a day, normally 2-3 times daily. They have the most friendly, courteous and professional staff. They know me by name and what I order. Growing up in this once small town, that means a lot with the personal touch. Keep up the great work. Thanks for fantastic service every time.
The drive thru is very inconsistent. My husband ordered 4 shakes...repeated the order 4 times & STILL did not get the correct order! This happens A LOT!
This business is very lucky to have some of the employees they do. They are amazing with customers and I see them almost daily for a drink because of it! Thank you guys!
