It’s a disaster. Jamie and Alexis are rude. The quality is poor, no customer service. We had asked for a manager after Alexis had an attitude about taking our order. Jamie chose to walk off and yell “keep talking” as we asked for a refund on our shakes.
I've been going there since it opened. Usually very good and staff is friendly.
Served runny "shakes" all summer long....They cannot get orders right and the staff is rude. Young male manager has no business being in charge. Very disappointing. BRING BRAD BACK!!
Don't go unless you want to be disappointed with the quality. No candy in the blast and I think they don't even care.
Seriously, corporate should take a look at this page. Rude employees TIME AND TIME AGAIN! Gets worse each time. Unappreciative of tips, poor customer service. Was once a very regular customer (3x/wk, sometimes more, ALWAYS tip). No bueno for Sonic reputation. Are there no secret shoppers any more?? Starts at the top! Management clearly has issues here.

Even for a sonic, this location is absolutely horrible. From the food to the service, no redeeming qualities at all. Usually only come here for the ice cream since I live right down the street, but not any more. I'll drive further to culvers. 3.18.2018 21.00
