Worst Sonic in the world, people taking orders have attitudes, seems like the deliberately screw orders up. Last time I come here!
This was posted by a personal friend: Nobody go to sonic on 28 east. I had my burger sent back because it had something on it I didn't want. And I could heat the guy saying this burger needs to be remade because the guy is lactose intolerant(I'm not) he says you know the guy in the wheelchair. Half man half wheelchair. The cripple. So boycott this place until he's fired. He left the speaker on so I heard everything.
They have a new Manager who is doing an amazing job! He's been there since March. If you ever have an issue call him, his number is on the bottom of the receipts.
Twice in one month they have forgotten my order and I have had to buzz back in and remind them... Never have what you ask for and customer service?? There is none I don't even think they have a manager and if thy do that person needs to be fired!!! WORST SONIC EVER!!!!

They rush when taking your order and never get my order right .
