I’ve just recently moved to Pineville and I’m a huge sonic fan! I eat something from there at least every other day. After my first few visits to this location, I came to know Stephen the assistant manager. This man is wonderful!! He’s very courteous and always has a smile on! He not only exchanges a few words with me, but always makes sure to say hello to my children as well. My food always comes out great, also. There should be more Stephens in this world!! Thank you Sonic and thank you Stephen!!
I don’t know if this was a national decision or is limited to the Sonic in Pineville, LA but I was greatly disappointed to be told today that Sonic is no longer allowed to sell cups of ice. I have been buying at least one a day for 8 years for my daughter, who is very restricted in what she can eat or drink due to a digestive disorder. Thankfully, there are 5 Sonics in my immediate area so if it is in fact limited to store 3129, I will take my business to one of the other 4 locations. Horrible service, rude employees. If I'm going to pay MY money do NOT give me shitty service and HORRIBLE food. A thrown together shake that was incorrect....must I add. I sat there for a good 20 minutes waiting on my purchase and y'all give HORRIFIC customer service with a incorrect order....I don't think so. (The shake is leaking everywhere, then I notice it's due to the fact the bottom is busted) WOW...is all I can say!!!
