I eat at my local sonic all the time. On the way down to the beach my kids wanted slushies so we decided to eat dinner. Both of my kids cheeseburgers were smushed and both were burnt to a crisp. My oldest daughter also found what looked to be part of a paper towel in her food. I called up there to speak to a manager and she could care less about customer service and getting things right. Just had the worst experience ever. I was overcharged for kids meals and when I questioned it I was told that's just how it is. They said it's an extra dollar for Apple juice and an extra dollar for Apple slices. Their menu, however, does not state there are any up charges for apples or juice instead of fries and soda. They refused to refund the difference when I questioned it and then the manager, Chevon, refused to sell me the adult burgers at the half off price. Thus is by far the worst sonic I have been too ever. Crap service.
I recently moved to the area and was very excited about a Sonic being near. The food is always good but I pay for sauces all the time and never get them. They are always leaving something out wether it be sauce, napkins, a straw once my sandwich. I called to let the manager know about the situation and she didn't care a bit. Didn't offer to try and make up for my money spent on sauce or even apologize. They know how to cook their food but the service just isn't where it should be. What type of place has no refill. On large tea. I order to meals $20.00 and can get a refill. Hello people. Every other sonic I have ever been to will bring a second order of what ever your drinking at no charge why are y'all different. I will spread the word. Thanks for letting me leave thirsty.
No refills? On tea? That costs $1.79? Really? If it is your business plan to run people away, your nailing it. It's ok though, I'm sure there is a legitimate restaurant that is just waiting on you to fold so they can take your place.
