We like to eat outside and never feed the gulls, but gulls always hang out. Every time some employee feels the need to give us an attitude and then tell us we need to stop feeding the gulls.The employees harass us more than the birds.
Ordered 3 milkshakes they gave them to us so runny you couldn't even eat them ..pushed the button and told them about it and they never would come to my car ... they kept ignoring us by walking past us ... They never had the nerve to approach us ... I will never come back here and do not recommend anyone to come here ... Sonic on Market street is so RUDE ... Their service is very unprofessional ....
Just left here and I had ordered a number 3 with no bun. While they for sure got the no bun part right, they separated it all out into separate trays instead of wrapping it like a normal burger and they left the Mayo and the bacon off. I only asked for no bun. I missed out on the bacon part of my bacon cheeseburger. Please be aware when putting a burger into several trays that you don't forget parts of the burger. The rest of our order was correct.
Was told today “No refills...it’s a health department thing” “Been like that the 4 years I’ve been here.” Sounds more like an attitude thing to me- I have gotten them here before on more than one occasion.
You should work on your health score, your quality, and your customer service.
I got the number 12 ,,chicken tenders were so hard, ff were cold,,,it was horrible now I know why I stopped eating at Sonic
Food is good and your workers are very nice. Love the shakes.
Paid for a medium snickers blast and got a small vanilla ice cream cup in a medium cup with a spoon of snicker toppings only on the top. It was covered with a napkin rubber band to the cup because of the rain didn't see it until was back home.
