Waited 40 mins for a order that we placed at the walk up window. Order wouldnt let me pay so the manager “put the order in” finally after people behind me kept getting orders i asled for manager , which refused to come outside . She sent some young girl outside that just said “oh she never put the order in” and walked away

We are currently still sitting in stall #2. we ordered 4 milkshakes about 20 minutes ago. We reactivated the red button to order something else. It has been lit not responded to for 10 minutes. It's not even busy here. Worst Sonic ever. Wasting our tenth anniversary trip to the beach sitting in your parking lot.

I'm pretty sure a Crispy Chicken Sandwich is not suppose to be two small chicken tenders on a bun? It would have been much nicer to tell me you were out of Chicken Sandwiches instead of going ahead and replacing them with two small tenders on your own. If I wanted Chicken Tenders I would have ordered them. This might not seem like a big deal to you but, to me, you robbed me. I sat next to their building for over an hour after a pothole that did not have a cone in it blew out my tire on my car, my tires were brand new with less than a thousand miles on them after my roadside assistance shows up to help me only then to someone come out and ask me if everything's okay after ignoring several repeated phone calls.. then the manager just hands me a number for the owner and walks away and says sorry about that! waited 15 minutes for small, terribly made burritos. missing ingredients and the ones that are there are miniscule
slow as can be for a friday night. burger burnt but strangely not hot ....bacon is very hurnt and not much of it on burger. took 14 min to get after paying and at least two other orders given out to cars after me. disappointed to the max.
waitress was top notch , very friendly
