Ordered route 44 limeade light ice and a route 44 HI-C Didn’t get light ice and she only rang in one of our drinks ended up getting sprite instead of a limeade. Short and snappy. Jodie is the name on the ticket. Customer service is not it at this location.
Ordered the simple sonic cheese burger with tots. First time here there were maybe 2 cars at the stalls when I pulled in. It took 10 minutes to place my order. After I placed my order I continued to wait another 20 minutes just to find out I got cold stale tots. Got it remade and took another 10 minutes.
People are really nice. Food is ok. However, I order on the app. Every time. I check In at the time I’m supposed to as of what the projected time is. There is always an issue, I always end up sitting 30-45 minutes waiting. And the food is always cold by the time I get it.
