30 minutes to pick up am online order is crazy! The people were trying their best, but there wasn't enough staff to accomplish everything there was to do!
I feel bad for the employees that have to work under this franchise. Not being trained correctly, highly doubt they are paid a livable wage, and the overall upkeep up the store is TERRIBLE. I’ve had no issues with customer service, but this franchise either needs to shut down, and Mr. Bigbucksfranchisee should find a more suitable career path… maybe, behind the grill?
Terrible. I was the only costumer and they never answered the call. And this is not the first time
