First of all, I knew I shouldn’t have wait here when I realized the parking lot was completely empty at 6 PM, which is peak dinner rush hours for a restaurant. I was served the oldest, coldest food. I’ve ever been served by a sonic. My employees told me to come back tomorrow after I told him that I couldn’t because I am traveling for work. If I did not have to be in Tulsa, I would not be. Normaly dont complain, but. All id wanted was an ice coffee and breakfast, and its usually good here. but it tasted off and the guy even said hed redo it, but it tasted just as bad (sour, not sweetened as asked, very acidic) and he even told me it was probably brewed wrong or just old. i wish theyd done more to make it right (refund? coupon? free item, anything??) but it seemed like i was a bother to ask (i get it, food service is busy.) but getting home the tots were also solid hard crunchy not even edible. very poor experi... read more

This sonic is less than a mile from my house. I absolutely hate coming here I know from the start it’s going to be a long wait. Tonight I parked at 9:15 pm and at 9:33 still no food. I couldn’t wait any longer or I would have been late to work. So at work with no food. It’s just a bunch of kids working and pretty sure manager (think that was her) was hanging out the window yelling at the servers. I know better than to go to this sonic just closer to my house. 6-23-25
