My friend and I stopped by on a Saturday night for some snacks, and the owner introduced herself and offered us both a free drink! It definitely made our night and goes to show how such a small act of kindness can make someones day! Thank you!
Stopped by last night to grab a late night snack with my friend and the owner came over to introduce herself and even gave us free drinks. Going above and beyond, even in just a little way like that, really makes all the difference.
Waited 10 minutes in drive thru no one took order. Ordered online and no zones available. Worst customer service ever.

This location in Burnsville, MN has been without an ice cream machine for 3+ months. (No Sonic Blasts)I have stopped by about 5-6 times over that time period to see if it was available, only to be disappointed each time. I used to go here 1-2 times per week after work to get a Blast. I unfortunately can't not anymore and have not been able to do all summer. Ownership and management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for not solving this issue you yet. Do better.
