Left this Sonic location yesterday without receiving my order. I placed an order for a SINGLE dirty diet Dr Pepper, that's it. Arrived around 5:08PM. On the app, the order was expected to be completed at 5:11PM. I left empty handed at 5:35PM (I can’t believe I waited that long for a pop). The place was moderately busy, I get that, but it is completely unacceptable that they could not have prioritized a single drink as they were coming out with other orders. I actually remember having school lunch that tasted better and the customer service is inexistent.
I ordered pick up to be ready at 12:15, sat at stall 10 for 30 minutes before going to drive thru. Paid for bbq sauce, bacon to be added to burger and did not get either. This service needs some serious help! Didn’t get our food until 12:59 and the orders are wrong!
